About the digital customer panel
Velliv makes a dedicated effort to offer you the pension scheme you need and to keep track of developments. Developments today are digital, and we believe that the best solutions are made in cooperation with our customers.
The digital customer panel
As a member of the digital customer panel, you:
- can play an active role in our development work
- can provide input and views through questionnaires, tests, etc.
- will be contacted by e-mail 2-5 times a month - it takes 5-10 minutes to participate
- can decide yourself on case-by-case basis whether you want to participate
- can participate if you have a computer, tablet or smartphone with Internet connection
In return for your time, you will have a direct line to Velliv where your opinion about our solutions is passed on directly to our business developers.
Once you have joined the panel:
- Velliv may contact you by e-mail 2-5 times a month.
- You always decide yourself whether you want to participate in the survey received.
- Your data will only be used by Velliv and our business partners to develop customer panel.
- The overall results from a customer survey may be published by Velliv, e.g. in a newsletter
- You may leave Velliv's customer panel at any time and have all your data deleted.
