Information for customers and partners regarding preparedness at Velliv 

Velliv supports the announcements of the Prime Minister and government aimed at limiting the spread of the coronavirus. Velliv would like to encourage a collective effort to care for the elderly and the sick in our society as well as customers, partners and employees.  

For customers, this means that: 

  • All customers can contact us by calling 70 33 99 99 during our regular opening hours. You may experience longer waiting times if the developments lead to an unusual volume of calls. We thank you for your understanding.  
  • All meetings over the coming weeks will be held either online or by telephone. If you have already scheduled a physical meeting with us, you will be contacted and offered either an online or a telephone meeting. Once again, we thank you for your understanding. 
  • Customers will be informed on an ongoing basis of our positioning on the stock markets etc. Keep track of the developments here: 

For partners, this means:  

  • Out of respect for our partners and employees, all physical meetings will be changed to online meetings.  

We find that most companies in Denmark are well prepared and are taking the situation seriously. At Velliv, we will make sure to maintain stable operations, so that we can continue to provide service and advice on the best pension and insurance solutions. Velliv’s employees will work from home as much as possible, as we continue to provide services to our customers.
