LinkPension
LinkPension – Design your own investment portfolio
Investment strategy
LinkPension is for those who have a clear idea of how their investments should be composed and prefer to take an active role in managing them.
With LinkPension, you create your own investment portfolio by selecting from a wide range of externally managed funds and Velliv’s balanced funds. This way, you can compose your own unique portfolio.
Change investment funds whenever you want
With LinkPension, you enjoy maximum flexibility with your investments. You can select which funds to invest in yourself, and at any time, adjust the composition of the funds that make up your pension savings. This is done quickly and easily in Mit Velliv.

Adjust your risk yourself
The majority of customers are less risk tolerant as they approach their retirement age and are about to start receiving pension disbursements.
Here, it’s important to understand that unlike VækstPension, the risk in LinkPension does not automatically decrease over time as you near your pension disbursement date. Therefore, it’s essential that you consider this aspect, when managing your investments yourself.
It's essential to understand that LinkPension is a market-based product, and there are no guarantees of returns. The returns follow the market conditions and are affected by fluctuations on the investment markets. As a result, you may experience both positive and negative returns.

Invest in Velliv’s balanced funds
With LinkPension, you can choose to invest in the balanced funds that have the same underlying investments as VækstPension.
You can select from a range of actively managed, Index-based or Aftryk-based funds. Additionally, you can choose between different risk profiles: low, medium, high, or a stock fund.

What are the costs in LinkPension?
You pay investment fees and administration fees for your pension savings in LinkPension.
Investment fees are the price you pay for the management of your pension assets. They are calculated as an annual percentage (ÅOP) and vary between 0.00% - 2.81% (2024). Investment fees are deducted from the returns on the investment funds where your savings are invested. Generally, costs in equity funds are higher than in bond funds, as it is more expensive to select and manage stocks. Investment fees in LinkPension depend on the funds chosen.
Your administration fees depend on factors such as your savings amount and how your pension agreement is structured - e.g. whether it was established privately or through an employer. Administration fees are deducted as a percentage of contributions, a fixed annual fee and/or as a smaller percentage of the value of your savings.
You can view your total costs by logging into Mit Velliv.
