Your savings in DinKapital may be subject to loss
DinKapital serves as a guarantee for your and other customers’ pension savings. As such, DinKapital is part of Velliv’s basic capital, referred to as “subordinated capital”. Attractive investment with low risk
Five per cent of your contributions to savings in VækstPension, LinkPension or HøjrentePension can be invested in DinKapital, where you receive an attractive and stable return with low risk. DinKapital is part of Velliv’s basic capital and therefore serves as security for your and other customers’ savings.
High level of security
Technically, DinKapital is part of Velliv’s basic capital as so-called “subordinated capital”. This means that before DinKapital needs to cover any potential losses, Velliv must first lose the entire collective bonus pool, which has never happened. Furthermore, Velliv must also lose its entire equity, which has not occurred in the company’s over 100-year history, and it has never happened for a Danish life insurance company.

Costs
For DinKapital, the ÅOP (Annual Costs in Per Cent) for investments is always 0 per cent.
However, you do pay direct costs for the administration of your pension scheme.
Your total ÅOP depends on various factors, including your savings and how your agreement is structured.
You can view your total costs calculated as both ÅOK (Annual Costs in DKK) and as ÅOP in Netpension/Mit Velliv.
