Our approach to health

Customer health

Our health efforts are based on giving you as a customer more out of life by supporting you if you are affected by long-term illness. To best help you and other customers achieve a long and healthy life, we also focus on health promotion and prevention. We do this because many people experience stress-related and chronic diseases that can be prevented.

 
The right to healthy working conditions is an important area of focus, which we work to strengthen through our health solutions, advice to business customers and through the many projects supported by Velliv Foreningen, aimed at strengthening mental health in the workplace.

Employee well-being

At Velliv, we believe that a balanced life is essential for promoting individual health. We are a workplace that cares about the whole person. And there should be energy for both work and leisure time. We strive to promote diversity, inclusion, and equal treatment, and see opportunities in the variation it brings for customers and employees.
