At Velliv, we want to create healthy workplaces with thriving employees. We do this in partnership with companies. Because we have a shared interest in increasing job satisfaction and reducing absence due to illness.
With us, you’ll get proactive advice based on your data. We help with managing absence due to illness, difficult conversations, return-to-work plans and general sparring about the challenges that can arise around employee well-being and health.
Noticed a colleague struggling?
It’s not always easy to ask for help when things get difficult. We know that at Velliv. That’s why we’ve made it possible for a leader or colleague to request help on behalf of someone else via our contact form.
We will get in touch with the person who needs our support as soon as possible – usually the same day.
Of course, we respect confidentiality.

We are ready to help if your managers or HR need sparring around an employee who is off work due to illness. We can advise on:
- Absence management and absence conversations
- Return-to-work plans
- Rules for e.g. sick pay, job termination and flexible work arrangements
- Interplay between insurance benefits and public benefits
- Collaboration with the job centre and the company
- Health problems that affect work performance
- Withdrawal due to illness or retirement

We collaborate with one of the country's largest and most experienced private clinics specialising in stress prevention and the treatment of mental health issues. Your managers will receive practical tools and be updated on the latest professional knowledge about stress prevention. Because when you take better care of yourselves, you can take better care of your employees.
Gain access to practical well-being concepts
We assist in developing a sickness absence policy tailored to the size of your company. This policy aims to prevent or reduce sickness absence, avoid deterioration, and ensure a safe return to the workplace.
Become part of our network of health partners
To enhance awareness of our well-being and health offerings, we have a network of over 2,000 health partners among our corporate customers. They are ambassadors for a healthy working life and guide their workplaces on relevant initiatives, as well as how they can receive help and support from Velliv.
Become a Velliv Health Partner
At Velliv, we are in regular contact with our corporate customers about health and well-being. We typically have a dialogue about how Velliv can help the company with challenges related to health, and which health solutions we offer.
These conversations often take place with the health ambassadors among our corporate customers - we call them Velliv Health Partners. They all have an interest in workplace health and are typically employee representatives, union representatives or HR staff.
