Have you hired a new employee?

Setting up a pension scheme for your new employee is an important part of giving them a good and secure start to their job with your company. 
 
When you hire a new employee, it’s essential that you register them in Pensionsportalen, so Velliv can set up a policy for the employee. Once the policy is established, Velliv will contact the employee with an offer of guidance to ensure that the pension scheme meets their wishes and expectations. 

  1. Inform the employee about your company pension scheme 
  2. Register the employee in Pensionsportalen 
  3. Advise the employee that they can book a meeting 

 
When registering an employee in Pensionsportalen, we need to receive information about: 

  • Name 
  • Phone number 
  • Email 
  • CPR number 
  • *Address  
  • Start date of pension scheme 
  • Pensionable salary 
  • **Beneficial salary 
  • Contribution percentage 
  • Employee group
  • Any contractual conditions 

 
*Velliv only needs to know the address in cases where the employee has a protected address, foreign address or is subject to Section 53A. 
**Velliv only needs to know the pensionable salary if this is a requirement of the agreement that the employee is signing up to.
