When the employee wants to boost their pension
The employee may wish to make extra contributions by either increasing their regular contribution or making a single contribution.
Inform the employee about the tax deduction and the fact the contribution will be deductible to a certain limit.
Checklist
- Notify us of any extra contributions and future contributions via Pensionsportalen. Here, you can increase the employee’s voluntary contribution.
- If it is a single contribution, you must inform the employee of the current limits and tax deductions.
- Submit the extra contributions in your payroll system.
- If the amount exceeds the limit for deductibility, we will automatically distribute the amount onto other disbursement options. The employee can find information on how an amount will be distributed in their pension overview.
Initial contribution
If the employee wishes to make an extra initial contribution, this must be done via the payroll system.
Please remember to inform the employee about any tax deductions and limits for contributions.
If it is not possible to transfer via the payroll system, the amount must be transferred to:
