Data Protection Act
The Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data was replaced by the Danish Data Protection Act, which was adopted by the Danish parliament in mid-May 2018. The Danish Data Protection Act complements the General Data Protection Regulation. The General Data Protection Regulation took effect on 25 May 2018.
