Responsible business conduct
At Velliv, clear ethical frameworks guide employee behaviour. That's why we have policies and guidelines that support employees in maintaining ethical conduct and professional behaviour in their interactions with the outside world.
Combating corruption and money laundering, data ethics, IT security, GDPR and the whistleblower scheme are just some of the areas we focus on and in which Velliv employees receive training.
Velliv respects and acknowledges human rights as stated in the UN's Universal Declaration of Human Rights (The International Bill of Human Rights).
Responsible supplier management
Velliv’s responsibility extends beyond our own operations and activities. Together, we can accelerate positive change in society across the entire value chain. That is why we actively engage in responsible supplier management and engage in dialogues with our partners. Velliv’s Supplier Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for suppliers, based on the UN Global Compact’s ten principles on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption. Through this, we aim to identify and address actual and potential negative impacts in our value chain.

As a global investor, Velliv exercises influence over portfolio companies through active ownership, based on our expectations regarding corporate behaviour and development. This includes engaging in dialogue, supporting investor statements and voting at general meetings to promote more sustainable development.
