The Board’s comittees

Velliv’s Board of Directors has appointed three committees: an audit committee, an investment committee and a technology committee.

Audit committee

The Board of Directors in Velliv has appointed an audit committee. The committee ensures that Velliv meet the relevant criteria within accounting and auditing - and that Velliv as a whole has a set of competencies relevant to the pension sector. 

The audit committee was established in accordance with section 31 of the Danish Act on Registered and State-Authorised Public Accountants (‘Revisionsloven’).



The audit committee comprise two members from the Board of Directors: Marianne Sørensen, Chairperson of the committee, and Christian Baltzer.

Investment committee

The Board of Directors of Velliv has appointed an investment committee. The committee follows the organisation’s work within the investment area - in general and in relation to e.g. sustainable investments. 

The investment committee comprises two members from the Board of Directors: Peter Branner, Chairperson of the committee, Anne Broeng and Peter Gæmelke.

Technology committee

The Board of Directors have appointed a technology committee to monitor Velliv’s work within IT, digitilisation and IT security and also assess challenges and opportunities within these areas.



The technology committee comprise Anne Broeng, Chairperson of the committee, and Tommy Østerberg.
