Choose what is to happen with your pension scheme

Here you can choose what is to happen with your Velliv pension scheme.

You will need the following when making your choice electronically:

• Your Velliv agreement number
• Your MitID for electronic signature
• Your email address

You can save the claim form once you have answered the questions and completed the form. Make sure that you have sufficient time to complete it.

Please note that you must have an email address and a MitID in order to use the digital solution.
