Velliv tops the industry for customer satisfaction – and you reap the rewards

At Velliv, we’re proud to share some important news: We rank number 1 for customer satisfaction among private pension customers in Denmark. This is confirmed by our latest survey conducted by Ennova, with nearly 10,000 customers taking part.

The result highlights that our approach to being your personal pension provider is working. We deliver strong performance through competitive solutions, an efficient business model where profits are returned to our customers, and personalised advice that truly makes a difference.

Velliv is on a positive trajectory

Returns, health offering, value offering, terms and conditions of insurance – and now customer satisfaction – all pointing in the same direction. We’re moving towards a point where our overall offering to customers is stronger than ever. And we’re not stopping here – we're continuously working to provide you and all Velliv customers with even more and even better solutions.

I’m truly impressed by the level of engagement our customers have shown! It’s overwhelming to see how many took the time to respond to the survey. At Velliv, we work for our customers, and that’s why we use every response – including more than 15.000 open comments – to make the customer experience at Velliv even better.

More about the survey

Each year, Velliv measures customer satisfaction – both among our own customers and across the pension industry more broadly. Nearly 10,000 of Velliv’s customers responded to the survey, along with almost 3000 customers from the wider industry, giving us a solid data foundation. We use Ennova’s recognised and independent model for measuring customer satisfaction. It's built on a robust methodology and extensive experience – and it provides actionable insights.

"The basis for the analysis is impressive, with nearly 10,000 responses, which gives the result a very high level of validity and statistical significance," says Anders Hansen Warming, CRO at Ennova.
