Easy administration with user-friendly tools
Your administrator always has an overview of all of the company's agreements either via the Pension Portal or via Netpension Firma.
In the Pension Portal, your pension administrator can easily register new employees, make changes to salary and voluntary contribution and enter leave and resignation of employees. If you are not already connected, you will receive an e-mail from us when we are ready to invite you into the Pension Portal.
Named contact person and strong network
You have a named contact person with us who is always ready to provide professional and practical assistance.
We also invite you to seminars where the administrator will learn about the social legislation and can share experience with other administrators.
Remember that the employees take care of most things themselves
With Netpension and the Velliv app, the individual employee can get answers to obvious questions about pension matters and make a number of adjustments – e.g. changes of investment funds. Your administrator should not handle that.
Development in cooperation with the users
In cooperation with our panel of administrators, we have developed the Pension Portal, which makes the administration of your company pension scheme easy and accessible. We regularly develop additional functions in cooperation with the panel, which currently counts 115 members. If you have any feedback on the Pension Portal, you can always contact us by e-mail.
